Important**:
  • PASSPORT:  Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your return travel date i.e.  June 2026.  If not, we recommend renewing your passport before traveling.
  • AIRPORT:  Airport code is ACC (Kotoka International Airport – Accra )
  • VISA:  A visa is required for entry to Ghana for all American citizens. It is YOUR responsibility to obtain a visa for entrance into Ghana.  Visa costs are NOT INCLUDED!  The Ghanian government can change visa requirements at any time.  You may elect to use a travel documents service to make sure everything is prepared for your trip.  All visa applications MUST be completed online at :  Consular Services Embassy of Ghana – Washington DC
  • MEDICAL:  Proof of yellow fever vaccination is REQUIRED as part of the entry process. You may need prescription medication for Malaria and Travelers Diarrhea

Refunds/Cancellation policy:

  • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus the initial deposit.

  • Cancellations received within 60 days of the arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of all payments to date.
